Desktop and Service Display Mismatch

Hey Community!

My report is displaying a visualization differently between desktop and the service.  There are no changes to the data or report settings (as far as I can tell).  I can't share the data file unfortunately, proprietary stuff...  Any help is appreciated!

Hello @briant

This has happened several times in the past.

You can re-publish the report to the service and also re-create the visual if still the issue doesn't get resolved then try to decrease the length of the axis.

We can also try increasing the size fo the page.

We can also try raising a support ticket for free if you are a PRO user.

@briant

Can you  try to reset the report to default in service after publishing the report?
