Default View of Report

This is driving me crazy.

Usually when I push publish button, the report will be published with all the filters and presents that has been set before pushing the button. So if I set a slicer to "all customers" and publish the report, it will be a default filter when any user opens a report. Also the first page to be displayed is an active page at the moment of publishing.

For some reason, when I change the default filters on a report and publish it again, it won't update. The default starting page will update, everything else would update, but never the filters. How do I fix this?

Hi @Kevin_SC ,

Are you using the reset button in Power BI Service to reset filters to default?

Hi @Kevin_SC ,

Yes, this is exactly what is does:

Does it reset all the filter changes I've made and returns the report to the default view (the one at the moment of publishing)?

Thank you for the suggestion. I wasn't using this button.

Does it reset all the filter changes I've made and returns the report to the default view (the one at the moment of publishing)? Do I need to save the report after pressing it?
