DateTime displays different timezone for report compared to dashboard

Hi, when I publish a report with a table of datetime data, it shows fine in the report, but when pinned to a dashboard, it looks like it is converted to UTC. How can I fix it in the dashboard and in the report when the same data is shown differently?
The problem has occured since we in the UK have switched to DST on 29th March. All data before this date is showing fine in both the report and the dashboard.

I have looked at
https://radacad.com/solving-dax-time-zone-issue-in-power-bi
but can't see how it can be possible to fix the data in the dasboard without breaking it in the report.

Why is the Power BI Service not consistent between report and dashboard displaying of datetimes?

Wrong time in dashboard since 29th March, but correct in reportWrong time in dashboard since 29th March, but correct in report

1. Current it only supports UTC datetime, there is no features can auto transform time zone.

This has been a issue has been raised many times, you can vote and comment the below idea submitted by other user, so Power BI team can update that issue asap.https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/32123752-power-bi-service-recogni...

2. Try manually refresh the report, because dashboard usually refreshes when the dataset refresh, and you need to manually refresh the report to the updated data.

Hi there

I think if you had to refresh your report it would then show the updated dateTime.

I would suggest using Reza's method to get this working and updated. I know it is a pain but that is how I would solve it.
