Date separator changing after publishing.

Hi,
I used DD-MM-YYYY format in a slicer but after publishing it's getting change to DD/MM/YYYY. 
Can some help.Question.png

Hi  @Angad2712 ,

 

It may be because the default date format on the browser is not the date format of the native host and is not recognized, you can try the following:

Go to Setting in power bi service.

Select Language and check if your language setting is on "Default (browser language)"

Let's go to the browser to manage the date format, such as Chrome:

Enter Setting in the browser:

Click its language – Move to the top

Search your browser settings for language, choose the language as same as your Power BI Desktop used.

Refresh your browser, then go back to the Power BI service opened in Chrome and refresh the page

I do have more visuals on page which are showing date in dd-mm-yyyy format, but the slicer is notr showing that format. Still the issue not resolved.
