In Service (after publishing): its correct
After scheduled refresh: its incorrect
The date 07 June 22 becomes 06 July 22.

The date format of the Power BI Service is related to the language.
You can try to set the Service language as the default browser language, then select the language with DDMMYYYY format as the browser language, e.g. English (United Kingdom). Then restart the brower.
You can also try using another browser (e.g. Google), and check your local region settings.
