My organization had scheduled data refreshes working perfectly every day, in a workspace having an A1 license (Embedded).
Today, all reports are suddenly not refreshing (neither manually nor scheduled), where a dataset shows the animated circle as if a refresh is in progress, but it would take many hours and end up with the following error:
"The operation was throttled by Power BI Premium because there were too many datasets being processed".
The error appears to be self-explanatory, however, it is occuring even when a single dataset is refreshing, without any other dataset refreshing concurrently.
Any help would be appreciated.
