Dataset not refreshing and cannot figure out

Banging my head for the past 1 week because out of nowhere dataset is not refreshing and also cannot figure out why. I tried to delete the excel sheet and reupload the sheets from the date the problem started, but still not refreshing.

Data source error: Column '<pii>web_id</pii>' in Table '<pii>TABLE_NAME</pii>' contains a duplicate value '<pii>12345678</pii>' and this is not allowed for columns on the one side of a many-to-one relationship or for columns that are used as the primary key of a table. Table: TABLE_NAME.

In your table TABLE_NAME the column web_id  have duplicate value for 12345678, check your data and remove the duplicate record
Else You need to update your relationship between Tables based on web_id column from one to many tp many to many

Before even making any updates, I wanted to check why this duplicate column appeared. I do not want to break anything start it all over again.

Its duplicate in data, the excel file from which you are pulling data have duplicate value.

No need to make any change in PBIX file if you can delete duplicate record from excel

If you want to have duplicate records in your data then only you have to update your relationship between tables into your pbix file
