Dataset long time refresh in Power BI Portal

Hi Expert

We notice same dataset refresh time has huge gap when using app.powerbi.com / app.powerbi.cn

When we refresh dataset in app.powerbi.cn, it takes around 10 mins

When we refresh dataset in app.powerbi.com, it takes around 40 mins

dataset is totally same and source system is same as well

May I know whether there is any way to improve this like increase Gateway bandwith etc

Where is located your gateway ? The issue is probably coming from here

I think there are use different azure data service to handling data refresh. Obviously, one data service has high delay with your gateway host region.

Maybe you can submit a ticket to power bi team to know more about this.
