I have a number of live data connections to SSAS and Azure SQL.
They're all working fine, but right next to the data source I'm presented with a small warning icon saying (mouse over) "There was an error while refreshing your dataset. Select the warning icon to view error details".
I have no clue how to get rid of the it - any clues?

You are not alone )) Yes, reports and dashborads refresh every 10-12 min works fine!, but this "warning" very strange. Dataset is SSAS live connection.
Try editing the creditials of the datasets.
It's connections to live data - you don't have the option of editing the credentials of the dataset
- SSAS connections are managed by the Analysis Services Connector (working fine)
- Azure SQL connector will ask for un/pw if needed for the live data to render
Do a manual refresh. If it is successful the warning will go away. If it is not successful you will need to troubleshoot the connections to see where the problem is. It could be as simple as the last refresh was interupted.
