I have a dataset in the service that can't refresh since 3 weeks, the gateway is ok I did all necessary tests. It shows me this error:
Do you have any idea how to fix this ?
Or how to download the pbix file in order to do the necessary tests in another workspace because there the "download this file" button don't show up
And all reports related to this dataset are in live connection:

Download the PBIX file and you can select File-Download this file in the reporting interface.
Settings-Datasets-Refresh history
Here you can check the reasons for the refresh failure first.
