Hi folks,
We had some reorganisation internally in Europe. The creator of a Power BI Datamart allowed his successor to all (4) authorisations on the Datamart, and made him the workspace co admin. Now because of business needs the successor tried to add a new datasource to the datamart formely created in Power Query OnLine, and an error message tells " This action cannot be done by someone else than the Dataflow owner. " How can we change the Dataflow owner in Power Query online and continue the datamart for the group when the owner change position?
Hi,
Go to your workspace where the dataflow resides. Click Ellipsis and then click Settings.
Then click the Take Over button:
Hope this helps!

No, sorry, this is not a solution: here my issue concerns a DATAMART, and not a dataflow. And in the datamart this option does not seem to exist. The confusion came from the fact that the error message mentions the dataflow (of the datamart).
Having this issue myself now. Has this been resolved?
Not delivered : only co admin and co modeling was delivered. If not existing, We should add a new idea to reformulate the actual need.
Check this method to add more owners to modify the datamart:
https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/How-to-change-datamart-ownership/idi-p/2604998#:~:t....
But based on my testing, it is still not working yet.
In this post, it said the functionality has been delivered

But i dont see it.
No , this ideas was seen as a co admin, and as a matter of fact, co admin is now existing, but not a co source contributor to Datamarts. The message is still the same. You cannot add a new datasource is you are not the datamart owner.

This "completed" idea is misleading. How do we bring this up again?
