Dataflows in other tenants

We currently deal with multiple clients.  I work for CompanyA and our client is CompanyB. 

CompanyB (our client) has given me an account to log into CompanyB PowerBI tenat and I've created a Dataflow there.  So next I open PowerBI desktop and change the account signed into Power BI desktop to use the account for CompanyB.  When I attempt find the dataflow in CompanyB I CANNOT SEE ANY dataflow in CompanyB PowerBI service.  

Note I can see dataflows in CompanyA, not Power BI desktop account signed in is from CompanyB.  Is this as designed?  Or a bug?

Pity this solution is not documented in Microsoft documentation 🙄
