Dataflow Internal Error

Help guys,

all my dataflows on Power BI Service are not working. I cannot create a new dataflow, cannot refresh an existing, cannot enter to edit one, cannot download the JSON file, cannot do anything.

And all that shows me is that this is an internal error.

My regards,

Michel

@v-deddai1-msft thanks. By having a PRO account should I be able to login in on the Support Page with my work mail credentials?

Because, right now, if I hit the LOGIN on the support page, I am redirect to the app.powerbi.com page.

This should not happen right?

@hasenclever

Try to logout and login again to the service.

Check the Gateway settings and make sure it is up and running.

Check the Data Source path and settings.

@Fowmy thanks for the answer and the procedure.

Logout. Done.

Gateway up and running, connection Ok.

Data source to a SQL Server that is up and running and available.

This not on 1 dataflow, it is affecting all dataflows on my tenant.
