So the issue was resolved today.  ICT spent quite a few hours working on what I believe were network/firewall/routing configurations, and finally got it working, although I'm unclear on the technical details behind it!

Hi @PhilthyWhaka ,

solution1:

Refer to the following post. It may be a temporary reason. Has it returned to normal after reopening it?

Solved: Content was blocked because it was not signed by a... - Microsoft Power BI Community

solution2: (If it is IE browser, the same goes for others)

1. To clear the certificate error go to Tools –> Internet Options from the menu of Internet Explorer(IE).
2. Click on the Advanced tab and scroll down to the security section. Clear the boxes for: “Check for publisher’s certificate revocation” and “Check for server certificate revocation”.
3. Click Apply and Ok.
4. Restart Internet Explorer to see if the certificate error problem is fixed.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.

Best Regards,
Henry
