Dataflow Error Message not Informative

I had a dataflow fail the other day. It contains 4 entities getting dfata form SAP HANA andd SQL Server. When I download the error info from the service I get the following. Which leads me no where. Normally there is a section of JSON data after this message providing a clue. This one has nothing. Also of note, the duration in the refresh history shows 48:44, this downloaded file shows 00:00.

Is there anywhere else to go to try and get an error message that may lead to understanding why this dataflow failed?

Thanks

Hi @mcolb88 ,

Power BI dataflows are workspace-level objects in the Power BI service. For the above error, you may wish to try to delete the affected workspace from the capacity and add it again or create a new workspace, export the data stream as a JSON file, and import them into the new workspace.

For more detail about any refresh in the list you can click the “download arrow” next to the refresh. This will download a CSV file containing per-entity information for the refresh. If your refresh fails, this is probably the best place to look, and if you reach out for support with a failed refresh, the information in this file will be valuable to share with support personnel.

Power BI dataflows store data in the CDM folder format in Azure storage. CDM folders use text files to store data, and a model.json file to store metadata. You can view the corresponding file information in azure.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and related operation screenshoots. Looking forward to your reply.
