Data issues with exported results to excel

Hi,

I had a couple of queries on the exported result/data to excel.

1. Exported result below does not have the formatting as it was done in the pbix file.

Example - Numerical values were comma separated but the exported results below do not have the same comma separated formatting.

2. In the same screenshot below, there is an unexpected format on the Case Loss column viz. 1.3074E-12. This column was based on a calculation which is the addition of 2 other columns. All other values seem ok except for this one. Not sure why only this value apprears the way it does. Any hints or suggestions would be helpful.

3. No delineation between multiple filters applied on exported result. (Refer below screenshot)

In the below screenshot, how to get a comma, fullstop or some segregation after 120 and before FINANCIAL_YR which is the other filter.

Hi @vishy86

Data format and the actual underlying data are going to be distinct when working with that underlying data. If you need that format in Excel, you'll have to use the equivalent comma-separator feature in Excel to format the value after you export the data. You may vote this similar idea. Please check if the workaround in this post could work for you.

Cherie
