Data Sets Not Refreshing

I have data sets that I uploaded via One Drive for Business. They are scheduled to refresh every hour, however they never actually refresh. The last refresh is listed as when I first uploaded the files. In addition, when I click the refresh button nothing happens.

Any support or advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Do you mean upload pbix file to onedrive and use power bi service to connect that file?

If this is a case, update datasource of pbix file not trigger onedrive refresh,it only refreshed when pbix file itself update.

No... I am talking about .xlsx file. OneDrive refresh is not triggered when the file is changed

The OneDrive refresh is for refreshing the .pbix data model, adding measures, etc.

To refresh the data coming from your .xlsx you'll need to schedule refresh. (When I do this I put the .xlsx in the onedrive first, then build the ,pbix)
