Data Refresh using Dataquery does not work correctly.

I am using SQL server Dataquery Dataset.

When I see the report in workspace it refreshes data correctly.

But when I see the published page it does not refresh report correctly. There is random delay and this is not logical.

Published page refreshes data randomly.

Dataset setting show data refreshed every 15 minutes.

How can i fix this issue?

Hi @prashantdoha,

It seems that you use Publish to web feature, right? After the initial Publish to web action, subsequent updates to reports or visuals to which a Publish to web link points can take approximately one hour to be visible to your users. For more information, please refer to this article: How it works (technical details).
