Hi Team,
I have my back end data in excel. I sheduled refresh for the dataset two times a day. Scheduled refreshes were running successful for some days. The server is turned on and connected to internent all the time. However, now I am getting the following refresh failure messages for all the datasets.
Refresh failed:
PBI_Report_Name has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.
How do I resolve this ? Kindly help.

It seems that the gateway cannot access the data source because network or credential, could you please check if you can access the data source from the machine of gateway by using the same credential?
