Data Flow regular refresh failure without understanding clearly the reasons of this failure

Dear all,

We have developed last year our first BI Dataflow in order to maintain agility and sustainability of our 2 main BI Apps; this dataflow is thus daily refreshed for nearly 10 months without major issues being faced and we were feeling very confortable with this solution knowing that the size of data treated by this dataflow was far under 10 GB communicated by Microsoft but since 3 days we have regular failure during refresh; what is quite strange is without additionnal data being added in between in our blob Azure Day 1 the refresh is running perfectly and day 2 we have a failure message : " Internal error Request ID: 0795a7df-0ca9-3712-e60f-5936493441ed Activity ID: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000"

We need urgent support to be able to fix this issue

I'm having the same errors in several workspaces and also in several different Power BI tenants. We've been experiencing this for quite some months already. It seems to get fixed from time to time, and then it happens again. 


This is getting very annoying. Already had contact with MS support on this, but as it seems that it "fixes itself" after a day, they did not clarify what was causing the problem.

Hi am also seeing this error on many of my (numerous) dataflows in several workspaces.

It started about a week ago for me. Affecting both gateway-connected dataflows, as well as purely cloud-based ones. It is affecting both manual and scheduled refreshes, but on some of the dataflows it is intermittent failure, others it is most or all refreshes failing. 

I'm submitting a support ticket, and I suggest you do the same.
