I have a report that is using on-premise data from a sql server and data from a SharePoint list. Everything works great in the desktop version. It also works great when I publish to a workspace in the PBI service, but when I publish to the workspace app the SharePoint data goes away and only the data from the sql server displays. This affects the app and the report in the workspace. Has anyone come across this issue?

Data Source:- SQL Server (Azure/On-Prem), Sharepoint.
have you added the data source to the Gateway.
Path:- Settings >> Manage Gateways >> Add Data Source(SQL Server - Onprem)
If you have Gateway already, please try to upgrade to the latest version.
