Data Alerts stopped working for some users

I created 1 dataset from which I also created some reports and dashboards.
I have 2 co-workers, I shared with them the dataset, reports and dashbboards. They created tiles from a report I created and added those tiles to the dashboards that I created. If I create data alerts for those tiles, they work well, I receive the notification in the Notification Center and in my email. But when my co-workers create data alerts in those same tiles, they don't receive any alert.
The data is being refreshed from PowerBI desktop. My co-workers have the same license as I have, PowerBI Pro.
I don't understand why it doesn't work for them but it works for me.

All email alerts have stopped working for our organization.

@AnAnalyst In my organization the data alerts are still not working, the support team is researching about this issue but there is no solution so far. Did you also open a ticket? I searched previously in the forums and didn't find others with the same issue.

@nanci  I have confirmed with our security team that we are not blocking emails,  and am now following up with the Office 365 Admins. Once all the troubleshooting suggestions have been exhausted I will be submitting a ticket. This should be by Monday.

You might also have them check their junk/spam folders

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
