Hi,
I can not add more than one dashboard in the dashboards list. Fist file I add goes to dashboards list and next ones that I upload in power BI are going to report list and datasets, So I can not share them with coleauges.
Solved! Go to Solution.
@msalari When you pin a visual you have the option to create a new dashboard, or use the existing dashboard. Or, you can click "+" symbol next to Dashboard in the left side pane and create a new dashboard. When you publish a PBIX file, you are creating a data set and report. You still need to pin any visuals to the dashboard you want them in.

How can I pin a report to the new dashboard?
@msalari You have two options. Either pin a single visual to a dashboard, or pin the entire report page.
A pinned tile will re-direct the user to the report page, and the user will then be in the context of the report to see the other tabs.
If you pin a report page, the whole page shows on the dashboard, the user can use any slicers and interact, and can click on the upper right to be re-directed to the report. It depends on how you want to set up the user experiance.
To Pin a Visual. Go to a report, hover over the visual you want to pin, and you will see a "pin" icon show up in the upper right. Pin click that and you will have the choice to pin to an existing dashboard, or create a new dashboard.
To pin a report page. There is a "Pin" icon in the top gray header that when you hover over will say "Pin Live Page" - this will prompt you for the same add to or create new dashboard.
