Dashboards for individuals from a single report

I have created a sales report for the sales director.  This is a consolidation of the sales performance of 10 individuals.  

I want to create dashboard for each of the 10 sales people to show the individual their own discreet performance that DOES NOT allow them to change filters to see anybody else's figures.

If there anyway to do this without having to create 10 indivdual filtered reports?
