Dashboard will no load - stuck on "Almost Done" visual

Just noticed this today but it doesnt seem what workspace I go to and open a dashboard, it just spins on "Loading data..." and then switches to "Almost Done" but never loads the dashboard and tiles.  Others are experiencing the same issue as well.

The only way I get around it is hitting F5 to refresh the page and then it finally loads without issue.  This is the same behavior in edge, IE and chrome.  I've cleared browser history as well and it doesnt change.  Using Developer tools, I noticed it gets stuck on "subscribe" and just keeps timing out.  Any ideas?

I can find the same issue in the developer tool, but my dashboard is normal. So I can't reproduce the key issue.

I suggest you to create a support ticket to get support from Microsoft engineer.
