I've got a simple dashboard with some tiles on it corresponding with different PBI reports.
The tiles only contain the (pinned) title of the report, the idea is that our users click on the tile/title and then go to the underlying report and see the numbers and graphs.
But when we manually re-publish a dashboard end-user experience the following behavior:
- the re-published tile is staying on "loading" icon
- the other untouched tiles are displaying correctly
So in the below example:
left tile just got updated (re-publish) and users see - PBI loading icon and NO TITLE
right tile is not changed - TITLE DISPLAYED CORRECTLY
We tried CTRL + F5 but that won't refresh/show the title!
Only thing to get the title displayed is:
- click on the tile
- hit back
- hit CTRL + F5
but that's not do-able/explainable for the end-user.
Anyone an idea how to make this work so user immediately see the title when a report is re-published
Hi @bobsel,
Does this tile contains RLS settings?
If this is a case, it seems like an known issue which will be released soon.

I don't know what RLS settings are?
FYI, the tiles in the dashboard are created "pinning" a simple text-box (containing the report title) from the PBI-report.
Hi @bobsel,
If you want to know more about RLS, you can refer to below link:

BTW, I also test to add a textbox and setting the custom title.( I found the this tile only show the text, custom title not show on tile)
