Dashboard tiles disappears after publishing it to the web

Hello All,

I have created a dashboard that works fines in the workspace, and all the users are able to see it perfectly fine.

However, when I put the same to the power bi app, tiles from one particular report disappear.

What happens if you unpin them and re-pin them?

I tried doing it.. However in the dashboard it works fine...But again if I put the dashboard in the PowerBi App again the issue comes.

That is really weird why that is happening

And you have cleared your browser cache or tried it in an incognito window?

@GilbertQ I was able to solve this, it is a power BI limitation. The report was not added to the Power BI App, but after adding the report to the Power BI app it started to show up.

Yes, it is, I have checked all the permission and everything, and I think I will have to raise a support ticket issue now. I appreciate your efforts in helping me.

Do you mean when you create the app you cannot see the dashboard tiles?

Can you make sure that the dashboard is visible when adding content to the App?

@GilbertQ Thank you for the reply. The content is visible in the app.

The problem is only few tiles are not visible (and all of the tiles are coming from one report)
