Dashboard signature issue

Hi, I´ve developped a dashboard that automatically updates and is sent to my mail. I´m using an "Advance Card" tool, but once it is sent to my mail, it occurs errors on the printed page. Does anyone knows how I can solve it? I know that I could try to use another tool but that one actually fulfill my needs. Thanks.

It looks like the dashboard contains the Advanced Card visual and this custom visual doesn't display in subscription email, right? 

 

From this document, you can see: 

  • Email subscriptions don't support most custom visuals. The one exception is those custom visuals that have been certified.

As the Advance Card custom visual is not certified on Microsoft side, it's expected the visual doesn't render in subscription email. You can contact the developer of this custom visual Bhavesh Jadav (bhavesh.jadav@outlook.com) and let him send a request to Microsoft to get the Advance Card visual certified follow this document
