Hello,
I created a Dashboard in Dynamics CRM taht shows a Power BI Dashboard. It works quite well, but when i click into the Dashboard (e.g. to set a filter) the Dashboard directly opens in a Power BI window like this:
Is there a way to prevent it to open like that? The Dashboard can be seen/used good enough in the CRM Dashboard and the extra window confuses the user.
Regards
Dennis

@dennis1994,
Based on my test, only when you hover the mouse over the margin of the embedded dashboard, the extra Power BI windows appears. At other times, actually you can directly set the filters in the dashboard.
In addition, it makes sense when the extra window pops up. Assume that you have several pages in a report, and you only pin a report page to dashboard, you can navigate to other pages in the report in the extra window.
If you still want to prevent the window, please post the question in dynamics forum at https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117 to get better support.

Lydia
