Dashboard comments: members cant add comments

Hey,
In our company we have some problems with adding comments to dashboard. If user is an admin can post a comment to a dashboard. But users who are members cant add comments. They can see comment option and can input comment in textbox, they even can see publish button, but when they press publish, nothing happens.
Members permission in workspace is set to read and not to edit reports. If we change that permission, to read and write than they can add comments. But there is a problem, because they have RLS. If they have read write permission, then RLS doesnt work anymore.

Is there something, that we are forgot to check?

has this been fixed. I have external users that cant add comments and its high on their want to do list
