Dashboard Blank Screen & Loading of Tiles in PBI Services

Hi Everyone- We are getting a blank screen everytime we go to our dashboard view. The only way the dashboard is populated is by refreshing our browser. Also, we are getting a "limit your tiles" message. We currently have 33 tiles pinned. Apparently it is causing a slow performance issue. What is the work around? Is there a rule for number of tiles used in PBI?

Hi @Anonymous,

Based on my test using the Chrome and Edge, I cannot reproduce your issue here. What is your browser? As I know there is no rule for number of tiles in a dashboard.
