I have posted previously about intermittent issues with Daily Subscription e-mails. I went on vacation for a few weeks, and this time the issue was that there was no BODY in the daily e-mail that was sent from Aug 26th - Sep 5th 2019. It worked prior to Aug 26th and after Sept 5th, without any changes, which I thought was strange.
The body of the e-mail is important, because the Go to report > button in that e-mail only works internally (IDEA: Could you just use the app link for the Go to report > button that is the same for internal and external users -- rather than a different URL that is only available for INTERNAL?) We automatically forward the daily report to our clients from there and have instructed them to click on the app link that we provide them in the daily e-mail.
I was on vacation while the issue was occuring and I (as well as no one else) made any changes to the subscription settings. Hopefully someone on the product team at PowerBI can look into. See screenshot of the problematic area I am talking about.

This is a known issue and it had been solved last week.
ICM:144371496 Optional message do not display in the subscription email.

is this issue resolved ? today i have created a subscription with an optional message, but when receive the email there is no Optional message in the email boday .
