Custom Wordcloud visual stops working - WordCloud1447959067750

I added the custom wordcloud (its certified) visual.

But it sometimes stops working in the reports I used. Both in desktop and service

I get the following error messages

But the visual is added to my report:

Anybody encountering the same problem?

Is there something I am missing here, something else I can do?

Hi,

It always stops working when I upload my power bi desktop report to power bi service.

What I do then is:

• add a new wordcloud visual, insert data
• adjust the size of the not working wordcloud visual

Then the original visual starts loading again, and it's fine.

Does this help to clarify the issue?

When the error appeared? Before you publish the custom visual?  How about re-publishing ?

In some specific situations, Power BI Desktop for Power Report Server fails to load a custom visual. After loading a custom visual from a local file the visual keeps loading but does not show up.

This happens in one of the following scenarios:

• When the computer that has Power BI Desktop for Power BI Report Server isn't connected to the internet.
• When the Power BI Desktop for Power BI Report Server computer’s network device blocks access to pbivisuals.powerbi.com.
