Credential problem sharepoint on PBI Service

Hi,

i have a problem about my credentials once i publish my pbix on PowerBI Service.

On PBI Desktop, no problem of credentials but when on Service, credentials doesn't work anymore.

I use as source csv from a sharepoint, url example: 

Source at https://exemple-.sharepoint.com/:x:/r/personal/exemple_user/Documents/LL%20TOTO%20-%20TOTO%20TOTOPBI....

Please provide more detail information to help us clarify your scenario.(e.n.g. snapshot, refresh history, gateway log, error message..)
