Creative Way to NOT Refresh Query in Service

Has anyone found a creative way to prevent a query from refreshing in the service.

In my situation, I have a query that pulls FY2020 data which is NOT changing, however, my models spends time refreshing this query.

I don't think incremental refresh will work in this situation (Oracle, Native Query, No Date reference field).

Based on my research, maybe you can prevent a query from refreshing in the desktop as:

But it is not supported in the service now.

You can try to republish report after refreshing in the desktop， but it doesn't look very convenient.
