Creation of PowerBi App Licenses issue

Hi,

I have created a PowerBi Service app using Pro license trial, and also added the workspace used for creating the app in Premium capacity. I have shared the access for this PowerBi app with users having free license.

As I am new to the powerbi service, I needed to know whether IF my trial period ends, will the app will be lost from the end users also from accessing it?

 the app on premium capacity won't be lost from the end users,

Hey @ginu12 ,

what will happen is simple you will no longer be able to update the content of the workspace using Power BI Desktop.

The app will be still there as the workspace is backed by a Premium Capacity.

P.S.: I'm wondering that you have a Premium capacity, but risk that your Trial Pro License will expire? Why you don't buy a Pro license.
