Creating and Publishing Dashboards under my account

Hi,

I am currently an intern and I learnt PowerBI and started creating and deploying dashboards. We mainly use dashboards in Project Web App to track different aspects of project progress. 

I just realised one thing, if I create lot of dashboards under my account and when I leave the organization after my internship ends, what will happen to all the dashboards? Some are created directly in Powerbi.com and even have no .pbix files.

In these cases, how is it generally planned?

Are you just using the Free version or Pro? You would need to share it with someone or create an App for it, but, in general, you perhaps should have a dedicated account that will exist after you are gone.

We are getting limited Pro licenses as everyone liked the reporting possibilities with Powerbi. 

I guess then I should be getting a Powerbi specific organizational account created for any dashboards and reports created for the organization ?

edit: In the meantime I checked regarding the Apps feature and it seems to have the possibility of adding other users who can manage the published content in an app. So if I create an App workspace and add users and leave the organization, will the added users be able to manage and administer all the reports they have access to without any limitations?

Yes, Apps should resolve your issue and allow your reports and such to live on after you leave the organization.
