I'd like to create a support ticket as a pro user. Previously I just went to https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/ , scrolled down, and clicked create a ticket. But now I either do it without signing in and that redirects me to a whole different kind of support ticket as I'm treated as a free user, and that's not what I'm looking for, or I click sign in on top, but then it takes me to the https://app.powerbi.com page where I'm already signed in, but I can no longer find the option to create a ticket to MS support. How do you create a support ticket as a pro user?

I can see that is still an option and wants your login when you click on create support ticket.
