I am seriously stuck. We have 2 domains in our company. Domain A is in an Azure subscription that contains sensitive data that only select people can access. But, we also need to report off that data. We can create SSRS reports within that domain but due to ISO Compliance, we can't allow users to access a web URL to be able to run the reports within that Domain.
So, the other option is publish a dataset out to the Power BI Service and then I can create reports off of that. But, SSRS can't connect to a Power BI published dataset. I'm so frustrated with the little gotchas.
Is there anything else I can do to make a dataset available, refreshable and usable for a reporting purpose? Since Power BI doesn't download all the visuals like SSRS can, it limits me to the usefulness beyond dashboards.
Hi @Cathryn ,
Currently, it is available to publish a paginated (RDL) report onto Power BI Service. That way, you can share reports to end users, and they can view reports via Power BI service.
