Couldn't load the schema for the database model - another one :)

Hi all!

I know there are multiple threads with this issue, but none of them helps.

Use case:

1) Me and another user outside of my organization activated Free Pro Trial version.

2) I published a dashboard and set up a scheduled refresh from SQL Server (everything works as it should) .

3) I shared this dashboard with that another user.

4) He got access, but dashboard is broken, full of errors "Couldn't load the schema for the database model"

Would be coool if anybody clarify what are we doing wrong.

Appreciate.

Hi @karimkz,

The above error could throw when external users who have free or pro license access shared dashboard. We have reported this issue internally, I will post back once I get any updates.

There is a similar thread for your reference.
