Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report

I have created a Power BI report using Direct Query to Oracle Data Warehouse. Its working fine in the Power BI Desktop. But when i have published it to the Power BI service and tried to access that report, its showing the below error. I have verified the Gateway connections and they are all working fine.

Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report. Make sure you have a connection to the server, and try again.

Re: Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report

hi, @daks

Please go to the dataset settings of this report, make sure the data gateway used by dataset is running fine.

And which version of Oracle DB you have? There are 12 and above which are under support for Direct Query - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-directquery-data-sources

Best Regards,

Lin

Re: Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report

Hi @v-lili6-msft I have verified the settings & the Gateway is running fine. Also the Oracle DB version is 12. The same report works in our Production Office 365 tenant but it didn't worked in my test tenant. We have Power BI Pro licenses also.
