Couldn't load the data for this visual

 

Hi,

 

I am having difficulty sharing my dashboard with colleagues and get this warning (see below).

 

I don't have a Gateway setup so is this the issue?

 

Also how do you check you have a Pro Licence? We have got 3 apparently but need to check this. When I try and raise a support ticket I just ge this:

 

 

When I login on the website it just takes me to the Power BI Service screen all the time.

 

Here is the dashboard sharing message. I have created a content pack and group and the colleague is added to both. I can see the dashboard but when I share and they click on the link they get this message.

 

Hope someone can help!

What's the data source? If it's on-premise data source, you need Gateway. For cloud data source, if you need to refresh more frequently than daily. You will need Pro license. "Need Pro or not" depends on if your dashboard contains Pro content.

 

To check the license, you can simply click the "Manage Storage" on Power BI Service.
