I connect to excel file from onedrive without any problem, does your data models includes data from other sources? Or these is also the possibility of temporary issue in the service

Go to setting of that dataset using refresh and provide credentials

That said, have you tried again? Maybe there was some sort of network hiccup? Maybe you weren't online?
