Could we use Service to achieve Checklist

Hi,  good afternoon,

Clould we do Checklist on Service?  Like dot select , tick select as the apporve on the Checklist.  Is there any way to achieve or approximate such a function...  just say,  I can make a dialog on service and the data relation other charts or filters, then , I can tick select the dialog, then service record it and as the records to backend.  thanks!   (I know filter can dot,tick selection and it's really not the mean here, just need a Checklist for people approve and record down)
