Hi Guys,
I have a premium capacity workspace and added a viewer without Pro Licence. That user has also read permissions on the dataset.
So here is my problem:
When I asked the user if he can read the report he is able to open it, but the message " could not connect to datasource " appears.
We are using a gateway to connect with the datascource.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Hi Guys, the problem has solved. It was caused by an a4 sku, so we can't share reports to free users.

Hi , @Anonymous
Which data sources do these reports get data from? Which connection mode do you use, import, DirectQuery or Connect Live?
It is suggest you check if the data source in Manage Gateways and credential in Dataset Settings for the dataset are fine. Also please check the Privacy level setting for data source in Manage Gateways section.

Hi,
We are connecting to a Postgres datasource with directquery. I checked the datasource and credentials, but they are all fine. Privacy level is set to non and the viewer can build.
Really strange. Are there any more suggestions? Could it be related to the ticket below?
Kind regards,
