Could not access Power BI Online Service

@MSFT_JT @ChazMSFT @msft-cap @MSFTTaz @NRMSFT 

For some reasons many users withing my organization are not able to access Power BI online service and shows error as "Uanble to read application metadata". More details in the screen capture attached. Any resolution from Microsoft would be highly appreciated as we are around 60 K + users across globe. Thanks in advance.PBIError.png

Hi @ashishrj,

 

There don't seem to be any issues logged at https://support.powerbi.com

If the issue persists, and you have a Pro account you could open a (free) support ticket. Go to the support page to file a support ticket.

@nickyvv  Thanks for your prompt reply. I do checked at the support page but could not find any such issue. I will definitely raise a support ticket if the issue persist. But not sure why is this issue only for few users while others do not have such issues.
