Copying reports from new workspace to classic workspace

Hello all,

I am trying to copy a report from a new workspace to classic workspace. However, i do not see an option to select the classic workspace when i click on copy button. Is there any way to copy the report from a new workspace experience to classic?

Hi @salikaziz ,

As the users above said, it is not supported to copy reports from new workspace to classic workspace. Because in a classic workspace, the dataset discovery experience only shows the datasets in that workspace.

For exporting reports, you also could try using Reports - Export Report In Group.

No, but you can recreate it by downloading the .pbix from the new workspace and publishing it to the classic workspace.

What's your reasoning for wanting to do that?
