Convert report connected to a Power BI dataset to a regular report

Hello everyone. It's been a while since I last posted.

I'm trying to convert a report that's connected to a Power BI dataset online to a regular report (the one with Report, Table and Relationships view). Is this possible?

I edited a report online with this kind of connection, saved it as a different report and then downloaded it.  To my delight, the downloaded report actually has all the views (editing the query is even possible) but I can't edit the formulas that were  created on top of the online Power BI dataset.

Nope, that is impossible. You can't convert live connection report to normal report to enable edit feature.
