Controls to change Slicer type do not appear when mousing over

When editing a report in PBI Online and using a slicer, the buttons on the top right corner to change the slicer type stopped appearing when mousing over. First image below is the slicer that stopped working. The 2nd image is another slicer I dragged in which shows how it's supposed to be.

@v-yulgu-msft thank you! That solved it! 

I figured out what happened. I was resizing the slicer and then I saw this:

I must have turned off the header after I saw that error message. When I turned it back on, I had to upsize the slicer to see the controls.

Make sure you turned on "Slicer Header" under format pane.
