Connectivity issue of ssrs mobile reports in power bi app

 

Hi,

i have the same issue i can not coonect sql 2016 reporting services from my android app.its working fine on browser but not able to connect from phone.

 

i have give server address :

server address : http:"IP address":port no./reports

domain/username

password

 

however server is in our corporate network.

sql 2016 version :Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (RTM) - 13.0.1601.5 

using http://

its domain based user name and password which working fine in browser on server and outside of server i also can access.

 

 

message i am getting "make sure you are using a sql server 2016 reporting services server"

 

please help me out on this issue.

To connect Report Server via Power BI Mobile app, the network your phone connecting to must be the corporate network as well. If your phone is using Public Network, it can't connect to a SSRS server which is hosted in Intranet.
